Is Santé Care private medical insurance?
Santé Care provides workplace health support and nurse-led case management. It can sit alongside existing benefits and is particularly useful for employees without full private medical insurance.
Can it support pre-existing conditions?
Pre-existing conditions can be supported through health case management. Different terms apply to the diagnostic and outpatient benefit within Santé Care Plus.
How do employees get help?
Employees can use the Santé Care app, call the 24/7 telephone GP service or contact the nurse-led helpline Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
How much does it cost?
Santé Care costs £180 per employee, per year. Santé Care Plus costs £270 per employee, per year.
