With two flexible options, Santé Care provides tailored health support for businesses of all sizes. The core plan delivers expert case management, chronic condition support, and access to our digital wellbeing app - all for just £179 per person per year.
For enhanced care, Santé Care Plus offers everything in the core plan, plus £750 diagnostic tests & outpatient consultation benefit (subject to the policy moratorium clause), faster access to providers, and extended wellness features - all at £269 per person per year.
Both plans are led by qualified nurses and designed to make high-quality care more accessible and affordable for your workforce.

Health Case Management: Nurse-led medical case management* for employees without health insurance or those with limited coverage through their employer.
*Under 60 years of age: 5 cases managed per year

Will There Be Additional Costs in the Future?
No hidden fees!
Santé Care & Santé Care plus options are available for a set annual fee per person (pro rata charges apply for those added after the policy start date, children are not covered).
If you choose to upgrade to Santé Care Plus, additional costs will apply for the £750 diagnostic tests and outpatient consultation benefit and the added features. Upgrades are only available at inception or policy renewal.
